A Day at Disneyland California
“To all who come to this happy place, welcome...”
As avid Disney World fans - and annual pass holders for over 7 years - visiting the original park that Walt Disney built himself was a dream come true. From its’ lush landscapes, detailed architecture, medieval castle and more unique food than we were possibly able to try, this was one experience that took us by surprise!
We always knew we’d like this park, but to be honest, we did not realize just how much we would LOVE this park! It holds over twice the amount of rides as Magic Kingdom in Orlando, all while feeling so expansive and unique as you move through. By the end of our rope-drop-to-close day, we still had not ridden everything we wanted.
This was one incredible day and Jeff and I are taking you along with us! Here are some of the events from the trip:
Riding Splash Mountain for the very last time… sniff!
Exploring inside Sleeping Beauty’s Castle
Eating Steak Gumbo in a bread bowl outside Haunted Mansion
Sailing into the mouth of a whale!
Finding a hidden show projected on It’s a Small World
Grab your favorite Disney mug and fill it with coffee and come explore the park with us!
