Enjoy Disney World Without Gaining Weight

 

Okay, here me out!

I’m not saying that if you gain some weight on your Disney trip, that you are doomed. The last thing you’re probably thinking about while munching down on your favorite treat that you’ve spent months (if not years) anticipating is the current number on the scale. Nor should you! You’re on vacation!

However, as an avid Disney World goer, I have found that every time I over do it with my food, I tend to feel sluggish, tired, bloated and drained. Basically, I’m not able to fully enjoy the vacation I’ve spent so much time planning for.

So I thought I’d conduct a little experiment. I wanted to see if I could do Disney World for a week without gaining weight - and here’s the important part - while still eating delicious food and having a fun time. Because at the end of the day, that’s what’s important.

And I had this thought that if I felt good, I would also have a good time.

So grab your favorite Disney mug, fill it with coffee and join me as we see if I can have a great time at Disney World, without gaining weight.
